Troubleshooting issues with VoiceThread

  1. Make sure you are using Chrome or FireFox.  They are VoiceThread's only supported browsers.  Safari and Edge are NOT fully supported. https://voicethread.com/howto/browser-requirements/  If you are having issues in Chrome, please try Firefox.
  2. Clear out your browser cache. Instructions located here http://docs.voicethread.com/troubleshooting/clearing-the-browser-cache/
  3. Clear our your cookies. Instructions located here http://docs.voicethread.com/troubleshooting/enabling-cookies/
  4. Restart your computer.  A previously in use program may be highjacking your microphone if you are having trouble recording audio.
