Viewing Zoom attendance reports

Zoom keeps track of your meeting attendance so you don't have to!
The attendance report is generated about 30 minutes after your meeting has ended.

  1. Login to your Zoom account at:
  2. On the left hand menu, click on reports (See, Fig. 1)Fig. 1, Zoom Reports
  3. Click on Usage (See, Fig. 2)Fig. 2, Usage in Reports
  4. Enter the dates you would like and click Search (See, Fig3).Fig. 3, Date search
  5. Then, click on the participants button (See, Fig. 4)Fig. 4, Number of Participants selection
  6. You may view the report in the box that pops up or you can generate an excel report by clicking the export button (See, Fig. 5).Fig. 5, Export meeting participants
